Garoon SOAP APIを使用し、ガルーン(パッケージ)と基幹システムを連携させるため
JAVAにて開発をしております。
①承認済みの申請を取得(WorkflowGetRequests)
②基幹システムとの連携
③実行した申請を処理 “回覧：確認する”(WorkflowHandleApplications)
下記のような例を処理をしますと、＞③のレスポンスでエラーが発生し
対処方法がわからないためご教示ください。

ガルーンのログ内容からしますと、"テンプレートファイル"への対応が必要との事ですが
この"テンプレートファイル"が何なのかは理解できておりません。
