プリントクリエイターのカスタマイズについてです。
過去に投稿されていた以下を参考にカスタマイズを行なっております。

gulpで作成した「print-creator.js」をアップロードし、出力実行したところ、うまく帳票が表示されませんでした。
出力時に帳票名も表示されないことから、設定に誤りがあると思っておりますが、該当箇所の検討もつきません。
ご存知の方ございましたら、ご教示いただきたいです。よろしくお願いします。
